Routine Physicals $125

Schedule well-visit that includes a comprehensive physical exam, routine screenings, and blood work. Uninsured patient can get up to 90% of lab cost covered

Sick Visits $65

If you're feeling unwell, it's crucial to get checked out by a professional. We provide high quality care to help identify the cause of your illness and guide you towards the most effective treatment.

Follow Ups $25

Schedule a follow up visit after an illness, to review labs, get a medication refill, discuss treatment etc.

Work/School Physicals $100

Need clearance for school, sports, or a new job? Schedule a visit for a physical and have the necessary paperwork completed.

GYN/PAP Visits $125

Don't have a gynecologist, but still need a pap? Do not delay - schedule one today. Uninsured patients can get up to 90% of lab cost covered.

General Consultation $25
